Do you work with businesses outside Uttar Pradesh?

Yes. Our studio is in Lucknow, and we work with businesses in other states remotely — calls, WhatsApp, screen-shared prototypes and shared project boards.

Which Indian languages can the software use?

Any language with a Unicode script, including Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam and Punjabi. Each user can pick their own, and customer messages can go out in theirs.

Is the software GST compliant?

Yes. Invoices, credit notes, e-way bills and e-invoices follow GST rules, with a separate invoice series for each state registration and data ready for your returns.

Do you have offices in other cities?

No. We have one studio, in Lucknow. Every project outside the city runs remotely, which is also how most software teams work today.

How is customer data protected under the DPDP Act?

Consent is recorded, access is limited by role, every change is logged and data can be exported or deleted on request — the safeguards the DPDP Act expects.
