Live demo · AI tool · Businesses serving customers beyond English

Answers in the customer’s language.

A customer writes “मेरा ऑर्डर कहाँ है?”, another types “delivery kitne time mein hogi?”, a third asks in English. Each gets the right answer, in their own words, from the same knowledge base.

The problem

“Half our customers write in Hindi or Hinglish — and our bot only speaks English.”

What is a Hindi chatbot?

A Hindi chatbot understands customers who write in Hindi (Devanagari), Hinglish (Hindi in Roman letters) or English, and replies in the language they used. It answers from one knowledge base — your policies and order data — so you don’t maintain separate bots, and hands over to a person when it should.

Built around your workflow: this demo is a starting point — screens, fields, rules and integrations are made to fit your business.

01 · The problem

What problem does it solve?

A grocery delivery business in Lucknow added an English chatbot to its website and WhatsApp. Most customers write in Hindi or Hinglish; the bot misunderstands them, replies in English, and the chats end up with the two people in support anyway.

Translating the bot into Hindi would mean maintaining two sets of answers — and still missing Hinglish, which is how many customers actually type.

  • Misunderstood customers

English-only bots fail on Hindi and Hinglish.

  • Abandoned chats

Customers give up and call instead.

  • Two sets of answers

Separate bots per language drift apart.

  • Support overload

Every non-English chat lands with a person.

02 · The solution

How does Hindi & Multilingual Chatbot fix it?

  1. 01

    Understands how people type

Devanagari Hindi, Hinglish in Roman letters and English — even mixed in one message — are understood.

  2. 02

    Replies in kind

The reply follows the customer’s language and script, in a natural, polite register.

  3. 03

    One knowledge base

Policies, catalogue and order data are written once; answers are produced in each language from them.

  4. 04

    Voice notes too

Customers who prefer to speak can send a voice note, which is transcribed and answered.

Can it understand Hinglish typed in English letters?

Yes. Hinglish such as “order kab aayega” is understood as well as Devanagari Hindi, and the reply follows the customer’s style.

Which Indian languages can it support?

Hindi and English from day one; Marathi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Gujarati and others can be added and tested with your real messages.

Do we write answers in every language?

No. You keep one knowledge base, usually in English; the assistant answers in the customer’s language from it. Key phrases can be reviewed by your team.

Can customers send voice notes?

Yes, as an add-on: voice notes are transcribed, answered in text or voice, and logged like any other message.

Does the demo really understand Hindi?

The demo is scripted, so it recognises the sample phrases it was written for. A built chatbot uses a language model that understands Hindi, Hinglish and English and answers from your own data.
