Wait at home, not in the waiting room.

Patients book a token, watch the queue move on their phone and leave home when the app says so. Reception moves the queue with one tap.

The problem

“Our waiting room is always packed — and patients still miss their turn.”

What is a clinic appointment and queue app?

A clinic appointment and queue app lets patients book a token on their phone or on WhatsApp, follow the live queue with an estimated time and get an alert when their turn is near. Reception moves the queue with one tap, and no-shows are skipped automatically.

Built around your workflow: this demo is a starting point — screens, fields, rules and integrations are made to fit your business.

01 · The problem

What problem does it solve?

A multi-doctor clinic books by phone and a paper register, and takes walk-ins on top. Patients arrive at 10 for a 1 pm turn because they don’t know how the queue is moving.

Reception spends the day answering “how long?”, the waiting room overflows, and patients who step out miss their turn.

  • Crowded waiting rooms

Uncomfortable for patients, risky for infections.

  • Busy reception

Phones ring all day with the same question.

  • No-shows

Empty slots that nobody else could book.

  • Missed turns

Patients who step out lose their place.

02 · The solution

How does Clinic Appointments & Live Queue fix it?

  1. 01

    Book a token anywhere

Patients choose a doctor and a time window in the app or on WhatsApp; walk-ins get a token at the desk.

  2. 02

    A queue you can see

The app shows the token being served, people ahead and an estimated time based on the doctor’s average consult length.

  3. 03

    Leave when it says so

An alert goes out when the patient is a few tokens away, so they arrive just in time.

  4. 04

    One-tap reception

Reception marks arrived, in consultation and done; no-shows are skipped and their slot released.

All questions →
What is a clinic appointment and queue app?

A clinic appointment and queue app lets patients book a token on their phone or on WhatsApp, follow the live queue with an estimated time and get an alert when their turn is near. Reception moves the queue with one tap, and no-shows are skipped automatically.

How is the waiting time estimated?

From the doctor’s average consultation time and the number of patients ahead, updated every time reception moves the queue.

Can patients book on WhatsApp instead of an app?

Yes. Booking, the token and the turn alerts can all run on WhatsApp, so patients don’t have to install anything.

What happens if a patient doesn’t turn up?

Reception skips a no-show in one tap; the queue moves on and the slot can be given to someone else.

Does it work for several doctors and branches?

Yes. Each doctor and branch has its own queue, and the reception console can show all of them at once.

Can it link to ABHA health IDs?

A custom build can integrate with the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission so records link to a patient’s ABHA number, subject to ABDM certification.
