Live demo · Web app · Businesses above the e-invoice turnover limit

E-invoices from the bill itself.

Save a B2B invoice and the IRN and signed QR code come back in seconds. The e-way bill fills itself from the same invoice — distance, validity, vehicle — and goes to the transporter on WhatsApp.

The problem

“Every e-invoice means logging into the portal and uploading JSON by hand.”
The problem this demo is built to solveLive demo · sample data

What is e-invoice software?

E-invoice software sends your B2B invoices to the government’s Invoice Registration Portal and prints the IRN and signed QR code it returns — straight from your billing, with no JSON uploads. Good e-invoicing software also creates the e-way bill from the same invoice and keeps a log of cancellations and rejections.

Built around your workflow: this demo is a starting point — screens, fields, rules and integrations are made to fit your business.

Getting an e-invoice IRN

Before: 7 steps on the portalWith the system: 1 click

Counted on the demo · how we measured

Counted on the demo against the manual route: export JSON, log in, upload, wait, download, copy the IRN and QR, reprint — versus one click on the saved invoice.

01 · The problem

What problem does it solve?

A fastener manufacturer in Lucknow raises 30–40 B2B invoices a day. For each one, the accounts clerk exports a JSON file, logs into the e-invoice portal, uploads it, downloads the signed response and copies the IRN and QR code back into the invoice before reprinting it.

Then the same details are typed again on the e-way bill portal for every consignment above ₹50,000. A wrong GSTIN or pincode means a rejection, a re-upload, and a truck waiting at the gate.

  • Double work

Each invoice is entered in billing and again on two portals.

  • Trucks wait

Dispatch stops until the e-way bill is ready.

  • Rejections

Inactive GSTINs and wrong pincodes are found only at upload.

  • No trail

Cancellations and amendments live in someone’s browser history.

02 · The solution

How does E-invoice & E-way Bill fix it?

  1. 01

    IRN from the invoice

Saving a B2B invoice sends it to the IRP through a GST Suvidha Provider API; the IRN, acknowledgement and signed QR come back and print on the invoice.

  2. 02

E-way bill from the same data

Distance is worked out from the pincodes, validity from the distance, and the vehicle number is added as Part B — nothing retyped.

  3. 03

    Problems before upload

Buyer GSTINs are checked when the customer is created and again before generation, so rejections are rare and explained.

  4. 04

    A log of everything

Every IRN, e-way bill, cancellation and rejection is kept with the time and the user, ready for audit.

E-invoice & E-way Bill FAQ

All questions →
What is e-invoice software?

E-invoice software sends your B2B invoices to the government’s Invoice Registration Portal and prints the IRN and signed QR code it returns — straight from your billing, with no JSON uploads. Good e-invoicing software also creates the e-way bill from the same invoice and keeps a log of cancellations and rejections.

Who needs to generate e-invoices?

Businesses whose aggregate turnover crossed the threshold notified by the GST council in any financial year since 2017-18, for B2B invoices, exports and credit or debit notes. We check your case before building.

Can this work with our existing billing software?

Yes. We connect to your billing or ERP through its API or database, or build the invoice screen ourselves if your current one can’t be extended.

Which GSP do you use?

Whichever suits you — we have worked with several GST Suvidha Providers, and the provider can be changed later without changing your screens.

What happens if the IRP is down?

Invoices are queued and sent automatically when the portal is back, and you can still print a provisional copy for the customer.

Can an e-invoice be cancelled?

Yes, within the government’s 24-hour window. The cancellation, its reason and the user are logged, and the linked e-way bill is cancelled too.
