01 · The problem
What problem does it solve?
A small-batch snack brand sells mostly on marketplaces. A big share of every order goes in fees, the listing looks like everyone else’s, and the brand never learns who its repeat customers are.
Its own website was built on a template: slow on phones, a long checkout that asks for an account, no COD confirmation, and orders copied by hand into the courier portal.
Fees on every order
Commission and ads on the marketplace.
Abandoned checkouts
Long forms and forced sign-ups.
Manual shipping
Orders retyped into courier portals.
No customer data
Repeat buyers belong to the marketplace.
