Live demo · Mobile app · Restaurant chains & cloud kitchens

Your menu, your riders, your customers.

Customers order from your app, the kitchen accepts in one tap, the nearest rider picks it up and everyone sees the order move — without a commission on every bill.

The problem

“Aggregators take a large commission and own our customers’ data.”

What is a food delivery app for a restaurant?

A restaurant’s own food delivery app lets customers order straight from you: they browse the menu, pay by UPI or card, and track the order live, while the kitchen and riders use their own apps to accept, prepare and deliver. You keep the customer data and the margin an aggregator would take.

Built around your workflow: this demo is a starting point — screens, fields, rules and integrations are made to fit your business.

Counted on the demo: each tap on the kitchen & rider app updates the customer’s tracking screen without a call.

01 · The problem

What problem does it solve?

A cloud kitchen with three outlets takes almost all its orders through aggregators. A large share of each order goes in commission, and the kitchen never sees who its regular customers are.

Direct orders come by phone and WhatsApp, are written on slips, and handed to whichever rider is free. Customers call to ask where their food is, and there is no record of who ordered what last week.

  • Commission on every order

A share of each bill goes to the platform.

  • No customer relationship

Regulars belong to the aggregator, not to you.

  • Phone-order chaos

Slips, missed items and “where is my food?” calls.

  • Riders without a system

Assignment by shouting, payouts by notebook.

02 · The solution

How does Food Delivery App fix it?

  1. 01

A customer app under your brand

Menu with photos and add-ons, UPI-first checkout, saved addresses and one-tap reorder.

  2. 02

    One tap for the kitchen

Orders arrive on a tablet with a sound, are accepted in one tap and print a KOT; sold-out items disappear from the menu.

  3. 03

    Riders assigned by rule

The nearest free rider gets the order, follows a map, and confirms delivery with an OTP.

  4. 04

    Customers you can bring back

Order history, favourites and WhatsApp offers turn first orders into regulars.

Food Delivery App FAQ

All questions →
What is a food delivery app for a restaurant?

A restaurant’s own food delivery app lets customers order straight from you: they browse the menu, pay by UPI or card, and track the order live, while the kitchen and riders use their own apps to accept, prepare and deliver. You keep the customer data and the margin an aggregator would take.

Do we need our own riders?

No. The app can assign your own riders, book third-party delivery partners for each order, or mix the two by zone and time.

Can we take aggregator orders in the same system?

Yes. Aggregator orders can appear in the same kitchen panel and reports, so the kitchen works from one screen.

How do we get customers to order direct?

Usually with a reason to switch — a lower price than on aggregators, loyalty points, or a QR flyer in every aggregator bag — plus WhatsApp offers to past customers.

Is it one app for Android and iPhone?

Yes. One codebase (Flutter or React Native) publishes to both stores under your brand, plus a web ordering page.

Can several outlets share one app?

Yes. Orders go to the outlet that delivers to the customer’s address, each with its own menu, timings and riders.
