How do time zones work with a team in India?

India is 9.5 to 10.5 hours ahead of New York and 12.5 to 13.5 hours ahead of California. Calls go in your morning — our evening — and written updates keep work moving while you sleep.

Who owns the code and the IP?

You do. Once the project is paid for, the source code, designs and accounts are yours, and the contract can assign the intellectual property to your company. We hand over repositories, credentials and documentation.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes — we are happy to sign an NDA before discovery, so you can share your idea and data safely.

Can you build HIPAA-ready apps?

We build the technical safeguards HIPAA expects — access controls, audit logs, encryption — on hosting that signs a Business Associate Agreement with you. Compliance also depends on your own policies, so bring your compliance lead in early.

Do you have a US office?

No. Our team is in Lucknow, India, and works with US clients remotely — calls, written updates and shared project boards.
