01 · The problem
What problem does it solve?
A coaching institute gets most of its website visitors in the evening. The contact form asks for a name and number and promises a call back; by the time the counsellor calls the next afternoon, many have enrolled elsewhere.
The questions are almost always the same — which course, when the next batch starts, the fees, placements — but each one waits for a person, and nobody knows how many visitors left without asking.
Silent drop-offs
Visitors leave rather than fill in a form.
Next-day call backs
The first institute to answer usually wins.
Repeated questions
Counsellors answer the same five questions all day.
No insight
Nobody sees what visitors actually ask.
