    UAE VAT is 5%; invoices show your TRN, the VAT breakdown and the details the Federal Tax Authority asks for.

  • E-invoicing

    The UAE is phasing in e-invoicing through accredited service providers; billing is designed so invoices can go through one when your phase starts.

  • Data protection

    The federal PDPL covers most businesses, while DIFC and ADGM have their own data protection laws — consent and data-request screens follow the one you are under.

  • Arabic and right-to-left

What is the time difference between the UAE and India?

India is 1.5 hours ahead of the UAE, so almost the whole working day overlaps — a 10 am call in Dubai is 11:30 am in India.

Can the app be in Arabic and English?

Yes. Every screen can switch between English and Arabic, with right-to-left layouts mirrored properly rather than just translated.

Is the billing VAT-compliant?

Invoices carry your TRN, VAT breakdown and the details the FTA requires, and are designed to move to e-invoicing through an accredited provider when it applies to you.

Can our data be hosted in the UAE?

Yes. Major clouds, including AWS, Azure and Oracle, have UAE regions, and the system can run there with access controls you approve.

Do you have an office in the UAE?

No. Our team is in Lucknow, India, and works with UAE clients remotely, in your working hours.
