  • GDPR transfers

    India has no EU adequacy decision, so personal data reaching our team is covered by the Commission’s standard contractual clauses and a data processing agreement — or kept in an EU cloud region with limited access.

  • European Accessibility Act

    Since June 2025, e-commerce, banking and many other consumer services must be accessible. We design to WCAG 2.2 AA, above the 2.1 AA level the EN 301 549 standard refers to.

  • E-invoicing rules

    Belgium requires structured B2B e-invoices from 2026, Germany is phasing them in from 2025 and France from September 2026 — builds output formats such as Peppol UBL, XRechnung or Factur-X.

  • VAT reverse charge

    Business services from a non-EU supplier usually fall under the reverse charge, accounted for by your business.

  • EU AI Act

    Chatbots must make clear that people are talking to an AI. Ours say so on screen, and higher-risk uses get human review built in.

  • Local payments

    SEPA transfers and direct debits, cards and wallets, and local methods like iDEAL through your payment provider.

What is the time difference between Central Europe and India?

India is 3.5 hours ahead of Central Europe in summer and 4.5 in winter, so your morning and early afternoon overlap our working day — around six hours a day.

Is it GDPR-compliant to work with a team in India?

It can be: with a data processing agreement, the EU standard contractual clauses and a transfer impact assessment. Often the simplest route is hosting in an EU region and limiting what our team can access. Your DPO should sign off the details.

Can you build in several European languages?

Yes. Interfaces, emails and documents can carry a version per language, with dates, numbers and currencies formatted for each country.

Can our invoices meet Germany’s or France’s e-invoicing rules?

Yes. The system can produce structured invoices such as XRechnung, ZUGFeRD/Factur-X or Peppol UBL and send them through your accounting software or access point.

Do you have an office in Europe?

No. Our team is in Lucknow, India, and works with European clients remotely.
