01 · The problem
What problem does it solve?
A busy salon takes bookings by phone, Instagram messages and walk-ins, written in a diary at the desk. On Saturdays two clients turn up for the same stylist at the same time, while another client simply doesn’t come.
Package sessions are tracked on paper cards that clients lose, and at month end the owner works out every stylist’s commission from the bills by hand.

No-shows
Prime Saturday slots left empty.
Lost package sessions
