From table to kitchen in one tap.

Guests scan, order and pay at the table. The ticket lands on the kitchen screen in the same second, with a timer — and a dish marked sold out vanishes from every menu.

The problem

“At peak hours, orders get lost between the table and the kitchen.”

What is a QR code ordering system?

A QR ordering system lets restaurant guests scan a code at the table, order from a menu in the browser and pay by UPI — no app needed. Orders appear instantly on a kitchen display with timers, cooks bump tickets when they are ready, and a dish marked sold out disappears from every menu.

Built around your workflow: this demo is a starting point — screens, fields, rules and integrations are made to fit your business.

01 · The problem

What problem does it solve?

A busy café takes orders on paper pads. At peak hours waiters queue at the pass, the kitchen reads handwriting, items are forgotten and guests wait to order, wait to eat and wait for the bill.

Sold-out dishes are found out only after a guest orders them, and nobody knows which dishes take the longest to come out.

  • Slow table turns

Waiting to order and to pay limits covers at peak.

  • Wrong or missed items

Handwriting and verbal changes get lost.

  • Disappointed guests

“Sorry, that’s finished” after they order.

  • No kitchen data

No view of prep times per dish or station.

02 · The solution

How does QR Ordering & Kitchen Display fix it?

  1. 01

    Order from the table

A QR code on each table opens the menu in the browser — no app — with photos, options and notes.

  2. 02

    Straight to the kitchen

Orders appear on the kitchen display in real time, grouped by station, with a timer that turns amber when it runs long.

  3. 03

    Bump when ready

Cooks tap to move a ticket from new to preparing to ready; the waiter’s phone buzzes for pickup.

  4. 04

    Menus that stay true

Marking a dish sold out removes it from every table’s menu instantly.

Do guests need to download an app to order?

No. The QR code opens the menu in the phone’s browser, so ordering takes a scan and a tap.

Can orders go to different kitchen stations?

Yes. Items are routed by station — tandoor, curry, bar, desserts — each with its own screen or printer.

What if the internet goes down?

We design the kitchen display to keep working on the restaurant’s local network; orders sync to the cloud when the connection returns.

Can it work with our current POS?

Yes. Orders can be pushed to most POS systems through their APIs, or the system can replace the POS entirely.

Does it handle GST and service charge?

Yes. Taxes, service charge and discounts follow your rules and are shown on the bill before the guest pays.
