What 400 reviews say, in one screen.

Every review from every platform, read and sorted by topic and feeling for each outlet. Replies are drafted in your tone; hygiene and staff complaints go straight to the manager.

What is review sentiment analysis?

Review sentiment analysis uses AI to read every customer review — from Google, Zomato, Swiggy, booking sites and more — and sort it by topic (taste, delivery, staff, price, hygiene) and by positive or negative feeling. For a business with several outlets, it shows what each outlet does well and badly, drafts replies, and sends serious complaints to the right manager.

Built around your workflow: this demo is a starting point — screens, fields, rules and integrations are made to fit your business.

Knowing what reviews say

Before: A few read by handWith the system: All sorted by topic and outlet

How the system works · how we measured

In the demo a week’s reviews are collected, tagged by topic and sentiment, compared by outlet and given reply drafts in one run.

01 · The problem

What problem does it solve?

A restaurant brand with four outlets gets 400 reviews a week across Google, Zomato and Swiggy. Managers read a few, reply to fewer, and the owner looks only at the star rating.

One outlet’s delivery times have been slipping for a month, but the 4.2 average hides it.

  • Hidden problems

    Averages hide one outlet’s slide.

  • Unanswered reviews

    Customers who complained hear nothing.

  • Slow escalation

    Hygiene complaints found days later.

  • Manual reading

Hours a week, and still not everything.

02 · The solution

How does Review Sentiment Analysis fix it?

  1. 01

    Collect everything

Reviews from Google, delivery apps and booking sites, gathered daily.

  2. 02

    Topics and feeling

Each review is tagged by topic and sentiment, even when it praises the food and complains about the wait.

  3. 03

    Compare outlets

Each outlet against its own past and the others, topic by topic.

  4. 04

    Reply and escalate

Drafted replies for approval; hygiene, safety and staff complaints go to the manager at once.

All questions →
What is review sentiment analysis?

Review sentiment analysis uses AI to read every customer review — from Google, Zomato, Swiggy, booking sites and more — and sort it by topic (taste, delivery, staff, price, hygiene) and by positive or negative feeling. For a business with several outlets, it shows what each outlet does well and badly, drafts replies, and sends serious complaints to the right manager.

Which review sites can it read?

Google through its API; delivery and booking platforms through the exports or partner access they offer. We confirm what is available for your listings.

Can it post replies automatically?

It drafts them; a manager approves. Some businesses let it auto-post thank-yous to 5-star reviews only.

Does it understand Hinglish reviews?

Yes — reviews in Hindi, Hinglish and English are tagged the same way.

How is this different from the star rating?

The rating tells you how people feel; topics tell you why — and which outlet to fix.

Can it track competitors?

As an add-on, public reviews of nearby competitors can be compared topic by topic.
