Give in a minute, receipt in the inbox.

Campaigns with clear goals, giving by UPI or card in a few taps, and the 80G receipt emailed automatically. Donors see where the money goes and get an impact report every year.

The problem

“Donors want to give online — and expect their 80G receipt straight away.”

What should an NGO donation website have?

An NGO donation website should make giving quick — UPI, card or net banking in a couple of steps — and send the 80G receipt automatically once the payment clears. It should show campaigns with goals and progress, what each amount pays for, audited accounts and registrations, and keep donors updated on the impact of their money.

Built around your workflow: this demo is a starting point — screens, fields, rules and integrations are made to fit your business.

How the system works · how we measured

In the demo the donation form collects the PAN the receipt needs; a built site generates and emails the receipt automatically once the gateway confirms payment.

01 · The problem

What problem does it solve?

A foundation running girls’ education programmes takes donations by bank transfer and cheque. Receipts are typed in Word and emailed weeks later; some donors never get one.

Campaigns are shared as WhatsApp forwards with a bank account number, and donors have no idea how close a campaign is to its goal.

  • Late receipts

    Donors chasing 80G receipts.

  • Drop-offs

    Bank details put people off.

  • Manual reconciliation

    Matching transfers to donors.

  • Little trust

No proof of where money goes.

02 · The solution

How does NGO Donation Website fix it?

  1. 01

    Giving in a few taps

UPI, card or net banking, one-time or monthly, from any campaign page.

  2. 02

    Receipts that send themselves

The 80G receipt is generated with the donor’s PAN and emailed when the payment clears.

  3. 03

    Campaigns with goals

Goal, progress and what each amount buys — shareable on WhatsApp.

  4. 04

    Transparency

Registrations, audited accounts and yearly impact reports, all on the site.

Why do donors need to give their PAN?

The 80G receipt and the donation statement you file with the tax department need the donor’s PAN, so the form asks for it up front.

Can we accept foreign donations?

Only if your organisation is FCRA-registered, and they must go to your FCRA account — the site keeps them separate.

Does it help with Form 10BD?

Donor names, PANs and amounts are kept in the format you need for the yearly statement of donations.

Can supporters run their own fundraisers?

Yes, as an add-on — supporters create pages for birthdays or runs, and donations count towards your campaigns.

Can donors give every month?

Yes — monthly giving by UPI AutoPay or card, with one receipt per donation or a yearly summary.
