Live demo · AI tool · Teams that meet a lot

Decisions and actions, written before you leave the room.

From the recording — even in Hinglish — you get a summary, the decisions and the actions with owners and dates. The organiser checks it, and the tasks land in your project tool.

The problem

“We agree on actions in meetings, and nobody remembers them on Monday.”

What are AI meeting notes?

AI meeting notes are written automatically from a meeting’s recording: a transcript, a short summary, the decisions made and the action items, each with an owner and a date. A good tool understands mixed Hindi and English, lets the organiser check the notes before they go out, and turns the actions into tasks in your project tool.

Built around your workflow: this demo is a starting point — screens, fields, rules and integrations are made to fit your business.

How the system works · how we measured

In the demo the transcript becomes a summary, decisions and owned actions in one step; the organiser checks them before they are sent.

01 · The problem

What problem does it solve?

An operations team meets three times a week. Someone is meant to take notes, nobody does, and the same issues come back the following week because nobody remembers who agreed to what.

Meetings switch between Hindi and English, so the notes apps the team tried produced unusable transcripts.

  • Forgotten actions

Agreed on Monday, undone by Friday.

  • Repeated meetings

    The same topic discussed again.

  • Note-taking burden

    One person half-listens to write.

  • Mixed language

    Generic tools mangle Hinglish.

02 · The solution

How does AI Meeting Notes fix it?

  1. 01

    Record and transcribe

Google Meet, Teams, Zoom or a phone in the room, with speech recognition tuned for Indian English and Hindi.

  2. 02

    Summarise what matters

A short summary, decisions and open questions — not a wall of text.

  3. 03

    Actions with owners

Each action gets a person and a date, taken from what was said.

  4. 04

    Check, then send

The organiser reviews the notes; tasks go to Asana, Jira, Trello or your own tool.

Does it understand Hindi and Hinglish?

Yes — speech models tuned for Indian English and Hindi handle mixed sentences, and the notes can be written in either language.

Is it safe for confidential meetings?

Recordings and notes are encrypted, access follows your teams, recordings can be deleted after the notes are approved, and processing can run in India or on your own servers.

Do people know they are being recorded?

They should and will — the meeting shows that notes are being taken, and you choose which meetings are recorded at all.

Can it send tasks to Jira or Asana?

Yes. Actions become tasks with the owner and due date once the organiser approves the notes.

What about meetings in the room, not online?

A phone or a conference speaker can record them; the same notes and tasks follow.
