Live demo · Mobile app · FMCG, pharma & distribution sales teams

Know every visit, book every order at the shop.

Salesmen follow a beat, check in at each shop by GPS, and book the order with last purchases and schemes on screen. The distributor gets it at once; the manager sees the day as it happens.

The problem

“We don’t know which shops our salesmen actually visited today.”

What is a field sales tracking app?

A field sales tracking app gives each salesman a beat plan for the day, checks them in by GPS at each shop, and lets them book orders with the retailer’s history and current schemes on screen. Orders go straight to the distributor, and managers see visits, orders and productivity live instead of at the end of the month.

Built around your workflow: this demo is a starting point — screens, fields, rules and integrations are made to fit your business.

Getting an order to the distributor

Before: Diary, then a call at nightWith the system: Sent from the shop

How the system works · how we measured

In the demo the order reaches the distributor app the moment it is booked; the salesman’s check-in and shelf photo are saved with it.

01 · The problem

What problem does it solve?

A food brand has 40 salesmen covering 6,000 shops through distributors in eastern UP. Salesmen write orders in a diary and phone them in at night; managers learn about the day’s visits from a WhatsApp message.

Some shops are visited twice a week, others never. New launches and schemes don’t reach the retailer because the salesman forgets to mention them.

  • Unverified visits

No proof a shop was visited.

  • Late orders

Phoned in at night, delivered a day late.

  • Missed schemes

    Retailers never hear about offers.

  • Blind managers

Productivity known only at month end.

02 · The solution

How does Field Sales Tracking App fix it?

  1. 01

    A beat for every day

Each salesman sees today’s shops in route order, set by the area manager.

  2. 02

    Check in at the shop

GPS confirms they are at the shop; a shelf photo can be required.

  3. 03

    Order with history

Last orders, schemes and new launches are on screen while booking.

  4. 04

    Straight to the distributor

The order reaches the distributor for approval and delivery; the manager sees it live.

Does it work in areas with poor network?

Yes. Orders, check-ins and photos are saved on the phone and sync when the signal returns.

Will it track salesmen all day?

Only during working hours, and you choose the level — check-ins at shops only, or a route trail. Staff are told what is tracked.

Can it be used by pharma reps?

Yes. Doctor visits, samples given and chemist orders can be recorded, which is the usual pharma MR set-up.

Does it replace our distributor’s billing?

No. Orders go to the distributor’s system or Tally; we connect to it or use our DMS if they have none.

How do managers use it?

A dashboard and a WhatsApp summary show visits, orders and productivity by salesman and area, every day.
